Dr. Pramod Thomas
Owner and FastBraces® Senior Master
Dr. Pramod takes satisfaction in seeing his staff enjoy being at work. He loves watching them provide top-notch care for our patients and is proud of them as individuals, providers, and a team.
Dr. Pramod Thomas is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry’s advanced standing program and has over 20 years of experience in general dentistry. He is currently a FastBraces speaker in India and travels there to do seminars, teaching general dentists on the new technology. He loves to teach and is passionate about it.
Dr. Thomas is an astute clinician who uses his expertise and experience in providing exceptional dental care, especially dental implants in the DFW Metropolis. He is a Lumineers certified dentist and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Thomas and his wife Elezabeth have an immense passion to serve others and are thus active in community-building projects like organizing free oral screening camps and school-based dental health education programs. Apart from work Dr. Thomas & Elezabeth spend their time nurturing their children Hannah and Daniel and also helping out in their local church.
Dr. Melliza George DDS
Associate Dentist
Dr. Melliza George received her DDS degree from the prestigious University of Illinois in Chicago and has over 10 years of experience and is competent in comprehensive dentistry.
Dr. George is known for providing gentle, compassionate, and quality dental care to patients of all ages.
Dr. George always focuses on providing the best possible service to her patients with proven techniques and the latest technology. She takes great interest to get to know her patients, educates and exploring the best treatment plan options to obtain a healthy smile and maintain excellent oral health. Dr. George strongly believes that coming to the Dentist should be a pleasant experience and no one should ever have to be afraid of the Dentist.
Dr. George has a strong sense of commitment to enhance her dental skills by being active in several dental organizations. She has a heart to volunteer her time and skills to serve the community. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two children and enjoys baking and traveling.
Dr. Fred Silva
Specialist Periodontist
Dr. Fred Silva received his DDS degree in 2005 and completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2008, both in Brazil. In 2009, Dr. Fred Silva completed his post-doctorate program in Periodontics at the University of Michigan. After completing his Implant Fellowship, he received his certificate in Periodontics and his Master’s degree at the University of Florida in 2019.
In addition to working in private practice, Dr. Silva serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He is passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting patients on their overall oral health goals.
Dr. Silva enjoys traveling with his family and his hobbies are playing tennis and watching Formula 1 with his son.
Elezabeth Thomas | Operations Chief
Elezabeth has been the office manager since 2009 and is the backbone of the practice. She is MGE Certified and has a strong science and health background. She has a teaching degree in math and chemistry. This has helped her address patients’ concerns and deal with insurance companies.
In her free time, she loves to cook and is active in the church choir. She spends most of her days off with her two kids, Hannah and Daniel.
Shirley Sam | Hygienist
Shirley – Hygienist Shirley Sam is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Texas and New York. She has received her Associates in Dental Hygiene and Bachelors in Health Administration from CUNY New York City College of Technology.
She is certified in basic life support by the American Heart Association and is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Shirley’s many attributes are being able to understand a variety of languages such as Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. She is very passionate and dedicated to teaching the importance of good oral hygiene. Shirley’s excellent bedside manner and knowledge help ensure her patients are satisfied. She has exceptional people skills and loves to teach and educate others.
Outside of work, Shirley is an active church member and loves to spend time with her family and friends. Trying new foods and exploring her new city of Dallas, TX is something she finds fulfilling.
Shirley has been at our practice for over 5 years now and is a great addition to the team.
